Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

We use an external service provider for the technical provision and processing of the cancellation notice. The data entered in the form (e.g., name, contact details, order information, and content of the cancellation notice) are transmitted to a server of SQUAREMOON GmbH and processed there exclusively for the purpose of the technical processing, delivery, and documentation of the cancellation notice.

The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (fulfillment of legal obligations) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a legally compliant and comprehensible processing of revocation declarations).

The data is processed exclusively on behalf of the respective website operator and is not used for the operator's own purposes.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, these costs amount to €120 net. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
