I received the SM80-PRO ride-on scrubber-dryer today. I have an underground garage with six cars, and in winter, so much dirt comes off the street (salt, dirty snow in the wheel wells). Until now, I had a very good push-type scrubber, but it was quite tiring in the long run, especially when the garage needs cleaning every day in winter. While searching for a ride-on scrubber-dryer, I came across Mr. Graefer's YouTube video. I was impressed by how well the machine was explained. Since the SM80-PRO was the perfect size and extremely affordable, I ordered it. After three days (including a public holiday), the machine arrived very well packaged. Setup was very easy, except that no water came out of the machine on the first try. I called Graefer and asked for help. The employee went through everything with me, and we discovered that the lines had frozen during transport (the last few nights had been extremely cold). Problem solved (the employee was incredibly helpful), and the first cleaning could begin. Heavily soiled floors are twice as clean in half the time as before. I'm extremely impressed with this device as it has exceeded my expectations. It's also incredibly easy to use. I would definitely buy it again. Thank you to Graefer.
