I bought a machine through an auction. According to the description, it was supposed to be new, but the device had several defects. Unfortunately, I received no support or help from the auction platform in resolving the problems.

Fortunately, I then came across the company Graefer Maschinen. Here I finally received competent support and the right spare parts. This enabled me to repair the machine and get it working again.

Nevertheless, I'm still annoyed that I didn't buy the A-grade goods directly here and instead had to deal with cheaper auction items.

Of course I don't want to throw the machine away – but the next purchase will definitely be directly through Graefer Maschinen.
