Almost perfect!

The generator I ordered arrived quickly and undamaged, despite the busy pre-Christmas season. When I had questions, all the contacts were very helpful and friendly. The device works well. It was very helpful that the seller took the time to present and describe the device in a video. This made it easy to understand many aspects, despite a few minor inaccuracies in the description, which would otherwise remain unclear. However, I would have appreciated some guidance on how to gently start up a device after it has obviously been stored for a while. This is probably covered in the instructions, but they are written in English and therefore not entirely clear to me. So, starting the device was definitely a tough test, which could have been avoided.
An illustrated instruction on the generator for starting and stopping it is apparently not entirely error-free. The 2-5 minute overrun time ends abruptly and prematurely if, as recommended, the circuit breaker is flipped to continue running the generator without a load. We now simply unplug the devices, after which the engine can cool down during the overrun period with virtually no load. Whether this is good for the electrical system is another question. It is probably advisable to reduce the number of connected appliances beforehand.

I bought the device for processing firewood and I am more than satisfied.
The device is built to a very high standard and has been running for more than 600 hours.

I had some difficulties with the maintenance because I lacked the appropriate maintenance parts, but these could be ordered quite easily to fit my device.

The only disadvantage is that you can only draw either 230v or 400v, which was clear to me from the beginning.

But if you only work with 400V like me (log splitter/saw), this thing is really great.
